Noggin' 0.5 is a (hopefully) continuously updating storehouse
of sequential art - drawn by yours truly, Adam "LAG" Hodgson. Noggin
acts as an extension of my main portfolio website
LAGtheModeller.com.
The front page of Noggin' 0.5 always holds the newest series or sketches. For
other, older comics check the
Archives.
Every piece of semi-serious sequential (and sometimes not sequential)
drawings are posted here, idealy once a week every monday, but, in the
real world, who knows - who cares?

- June '04 - not finished -( 5 pages )
Rats originally started as a small storyboard for the
introduction sequence to a fictional game. I then decided, since it's quite
easy to do, to develop the storyboard into a comic. There is little communication
or sound as the sequence was to be set to music ( Bee(160) ( master)- Korean
DDR music - author unknown ). Currently the comic is drawn to the original conclusion
of five pages. Since starting the original, I have developed the storyline further
and the comic should now be roughly ten or twelve pages for a rounded story.
When will I finish the last seven pages - no idea.

- May '01 - Sept '02 -( 16 pages )
The first comic I ever drew about a group of furry mecernaries
combating Half-Life-esque things in Siberia. This is where my avatar character
Noggin' first originated from. I made the first time comic-ing mistake of attempting
a tale of epic proportions without knowing how or even why (heck, I've never
ever seen Siberia let alone be able to write about it). This series is still
online but I refuse for it to be linked or made easy to get to. The comic was
confusing, badly written and badly drawn. You might want to see it, but I don't,
and I'm the one that counts in arguments around here - so there.

Greetings! Blurb about the author: Me, LAG, otherwise
known as Adam Winton Hodgson in full. Aged 19 years and a small time mover of
pencils and big time non-attender of college. Currently I reside in London England
while being two years down on the ladder of academia. Instead of stepping up
the rungs I left school at the age of 16 and chased my dreams of computer games,
a dream I still hold dear. I worked on Playstation 2 games as a juniour artist
on the Isle of Wight. Workmates were mostly remnants of the Carmageddon team
and it was a great time, even if the games we made were a bit shite. Alas my
games future was premature and I didn't feel good enough, so given that education's
free until I hit the big 20, I quit my job, went back into education, dropped
out again, and then got back in again. Ooo err missus. If all goes to plan I'll
be into university soon and taking an animation course of some kind - and then
I'll be looking to games again, by which time I might be able to draw, hurrah!
If you're interested in the sort of thing: Right
now I'm taking two A Levels; Chemistry and Biology. I also take part in life
drawing every Friday and generally enjoy the extra time taking two subjects
afford. I'm not very competent at any particular subject, or any subject for
that matter.
For further information about the man of LAG you
can take a stroll to the root LAGtheModeller.com, my portfolio type site.
Now for worthless details, yay! Down there on the
right we have the ubiquitous author photo/drawing. In this case I opted for
a photo - what with me being a lazy bum and all. Taken in September of 2004.
Note I am not actually a girl.
